New Appointment Booking Protocol

 

Appointments are limited and our hours of operation have changed until further notice.

 

In fairness to the many clients on our waitlist, we require 48hrs notice for changes or cancellations to any booked appointments and will be strictly enforcing our cancellation policy for no-show and last minute cancellations. Thank you for your cooperation.

In order to ensure the safest possible environment for our clients and staff, we have made some important changes to our appointment process.

 

What to expect for Nie Spa appointment bookings:

 

  • Please arrive at your scheduled time, as we are limiting the number of clients in the facility at any given time.
  • When you arrive, IF the door is locked, we are at client capacity, please kindly wait 5 minutes then give us a call at 905-304-0931 and we can let you know when it is time for you to come in.
  • Upon arrival please disinfect your hands with the antibacterial gel provided to you.
  • You will be screened for COVID 19 symptoms, including a temperature check before being allowed to enter the facility.  Clients experiencing symptoms or failing to meet screening criteria will be required to reschedule their appointment.
  • Wear a mask or face covering.  Please note that face masks are MANDATORY and NOT PROVIDED, no exceptions will be made.
  • Reception or your service provider will direct you to your room. They will be wearing single-use gloves, a mask, and/or a face shield during your treatment.
  • Everything is sanitized before and after your appointment.
  • Please arrive unaccompanied.  Children or guests are not permitted in the facility. (exception: caregivers, guardians)
  • We ask you to leave all non-essential personal belongings in your vehicle if possible.
  • Sanitation stations will be set up throughout the facility. You will also see protective plexi-glass barriers in certain areas.
  • Please be aware of social distancing and please follow any posted signage.
  • Tester items are only available to be dispensed in individual disposable containers as requested by customers.

 

If you wish to purchase any of our skincare products, please let us know, we will be happy to help and answer all questions you may have.

 

We can also do phone consultations and deliver products to your vehicle.

 

These NEW protocols are in place so we can continue to provide peace of mind while ensuring the safest possible environment and standard of care you deserve.

Cancellation Policy

 

Multiple services and Spa Packages will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee if services are cancelled less than 48 hours in advance. Therefore, a credit card number will be required to secure your appointment. Or if you are booking with a gift certificate, the GC will convert to a dollar value.

Our monetary Gift Certificates never expire;

however the packages and individual service gift certificates do. Please be aware of the date on your gift certificate and use it before the expiry date passes.
